We provide test servers only by IP addresses to test the connection, ping and gameplay. We do not offer SFTP or Pterodactyl panel access.

Can I change the location of my game server?

Yes! If you are not satisfied with a certain location, we can migrate the server to another. Just open a ticket from your client area.

Can I transfer my services to another user?

Yes, you can do so. You will need to provide us with the new owner's contact details and the ownership will be transferred once our procedure is completed.

Do you have discounts for longer rental periods?
